Renovate a Single Family, Duplexes and up to a total of 4-Units!
It may allow qualified buyers to finance the purchase of a home and eligible improvements through one loan. As of July 2026 Buyers can take up to 4 distributions, to pay Seller and Subs over 12 month rehab.
It could open up more possibilities if the right home needs some work.

Eligible Property Types
Single family homes
Single family homes with eligible ADUs
Two-to four-family units
Townhomes
Manufactured homes titled as real estate, where the rehabilitation does not affect the structural components
Eligible condominium units and site condo units (improvements are limited to the unit’s interior)
HUD Homes/Real-Estate Owned properties
Mixed use properties that are primarily residential (at least 51%)
